Do you charge for reservations?


No, we do not charge for reservations.  However, we do require that the cover-charge be paid in advance for all parties over 30 people.
 

What time does my party need to arrive for our reservation?


Your Party can arrive anytime between 6:00pm-7:30pm.
 

I couldn’t get a reservation, can I still come to Rock the Keys?


Absolutely, you do not need a reservation to enjoy our show.  However, you probably will not have a seat.

Make sure to ask about our VIP Package.  Generally, we can give you some incentives to come in without a reservation.
 

Can I save seats for my friends who are arriving after 7:30pm?


No, since we do not charge for reservations or have a minimum purchase, we do not allow saving tables.
 

If my entire party does not arrive by 7:30pm will we loose our reservation?


You will not loose your entire reservation. However, we will take any unused tables or seats and give them to our walk-in guests.
 

What time do you start taking away tables or seats from our reservation?


7:31pm.
 

What if my party is in line at 7:30pm, will you still take their seats?


No, at 7:30pm we will take a head count of everyone in line and give them a stamp.
 

What is your cover-charge on Friday?


The cover-charge is $5.00 all night.
 

What is the cover-charge on Saturday?


The cover-charge is $5.00 from 6:00pm-7:00pm and $10.00 if you arrive after.
 

If I am in line at 7:00pm and do not get in until 7:15pm, do I have to pay the $10.00 cover-charge on Saturday?


No, at 7:00pm we will give everyone in line a ticket to receive the $5.00 cover-charge.
 

What is the Celebration Package?


If you are celebrating anything (Birthday, Bachelorette, Anniversary, Promotion, Plastic Surgery, Divorce, Military Departure, etc.) the Guest of Honor will receive their first drink for $1.00 and a complimentary appetizer.
 

Is your show ‘G’ rated?


No.  We would definitely be rated ‘R’.  Some of our players are more offensive than others.  If you can handle a HBO Comedy Special, you can handle us.
 

Are you 21 and over?


Yes!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS
 

Can your piano players come to our Corporate Event/Wedding to play?

Yes they can, for a fee of course.
 

I am planning a 50th Birthday Party, do you have a buffet menu?

Yes.  Our Buffet Menu ranges from $18.95-29.95 pp and is available upon request.  The price per person includes entry.  However, it does not include tax or gratuity.
 

I am having a large group come in this weekend, can you split the tabs?


Yes we can.
 

Do you charge automatic gratuity?


No we do not.
 

Do you accept credit cards?


Yes we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. However, we do not accept credit cards at the door.
